On top of broken elevators and there already being disruptions on their lines, like with the H line only running once every half hour instead of every 15 minutes, RTD continues to discriminate against the populations that need it the most. This can be seen in that they will not be offering bus shuttles between the stations. The way they have this set up they are discriminating against the people that can't afford to live in Denver and they have effectively cut out these populations from access to downtown without a heavy burden of them trying to find other ways of getting there or losing more time. RTD continues to show with their actions that they do not care about the people they are supposed to serve and that they only give lip service by saying "RTD recognizes the significant impact of this work," instead of doing things to actually help people and improve their processes. The Colorado State Government needs to step in since the current leadership in RTD have shown that they are unable to do what is need for public transportation in Colorado.
